Birmingham Skin & Hair Aesthetics (BSHA) is owned and operated by medical professionals Nanette Nawrot, PA-C and Irina Kushelman, PA-C. As licensed physician assistants with decades of experience in varying medical specialities, including dermatology, radiology and emergency medicine, both Nanette and Irina bring this level of expertise to each and every service they provide. They treat each patient as an individual, providing custom recommendations and treatments that make sense for specific skin concerns and desired aesthetic outcomes. Nanette and Irina have been working together for nearly 20 years, and even attended graduate school together.

Nanette Narwot, PA-C

Nanette graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with Masters in Science and Physician Assistant studies. She has additional certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, skin rejuvenation and hair restoration. With 15 years of experience as a licensed practitioner and background in Dermatology and Emergency Medicine, Nanette will guide you towards the best treatment for your concerns.
Irina Kushelman, PA-C

Irina graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with Masters in Science and Physician Assistant studies. Her additional certifications include dermal filler, Botox, hair restoration and sclerotherapy. She has a collective 19 years of experience as a licensed practitioner working in the Emergency Department, as well as interventional Radiology.

Tresha Heath, Custom Cosmetic Specialist

Tresha worked as a freelance MUA for over 20 years and has extensive experience working with personal care products. Her work as a MUA appeared on the runways at Fashion Week and on multiple covers of magazines such as Vogue, Marie Claire, and more. She has appeared on major TV networks as a contributor and consulted for top spas, plastic surgeons, and cosmetics companies.

Tresha has brought multiple personal care and cosmetic products to market as both an owner and consultant. Heath guest lectures for the University of Toledo in their Cosmetic Science and Formulation degree program to empower tomorrow’s cosmetic scientists and still holds residence as a MUA at Birmingham Skin & Hair Aesthetics in Birmingham, MI.
